A Brief Report from Interfaith Advocacy Day 2017

Thank you to everyone who was able to join us for Interfaith Advocacy Day on February 9, 2017!

Interfaith Advocacy Day had over 400 in attendance! Advocates from 37 legislative districts came and attended 121 meetings with legislators and/or their staff.  FAN advocates Lee Wimberly testified on creating a state bank in our state (a bill sponsored by Sen. Hasegawa) and Tom Ewell testified on creating an independent Ombuds office for prisoners and their family members.
