Whose Streets? Black Lens Movie Screening and Discussion

Join The Black Lens and The Magic Lantern Theatre for a screening of the powerful documentary WHOSE STREETS?, Friday, December 8, 7pm. at the Magic Lantern Theatre.

When unarmed teenager Michael Brown is killed by police and left lying in the street for hours, it marks a breaking point for the residents of St. Louis. Told from the people’s perspective, Whose Streets? is an unflinching look at the Ferguson uprising through the eyes and voices of the the activists and leaders who lived and breathed a movement for justice.

Black Lens Publisher and Editor Sandra Williams will be facilitating a discussion following the movie. Tickets are $12 and are available at blacklensnews.com. Seating is limited!
