Join for monthly Meaningful Movies where we showcase a monthly documentary followed by an optional post documentary discussion.  This month we will be showing Chisholm ’72: Unbought & Unbossed that tells the story of Shirley Chisholm ‘the first black woman to be elected to congress, as well as the first black woman to run for president in 1972. Chisholm championed the causes of the poor, the young, minorities, gays, women, and other marginalized Americans during the Nixon, and Vietnam era’
